Modes of booking / cancellation
Booking
At the time of booking is required a credit card number as a guarantee.
Reservations not supported by credit card will not be accepted.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the customer there will be the following penalties:
Up to 30 days before: no penalty.
From 30 days to 10 days before: 30% of total.
From 10 days to 1 days before: 80 % of total.
In case of No Show: 100 % of total.
